• How soon will my order be shipped

  Answer: As soon as your order has been place, and payment received, your order will be dispatched. Kindly refer to the “delivery and returns” page for the estimated timeline your delivery will take

• Can a package be returned and will a refund be made?

  Answer: A package can be returned, but not in every case and we do not run a refund policy, that is refund will not be made. In a case where we have agreed to the return of a package, refund will not be made, but the customer will be permitted to pick an exchange of goods worth the same cost.
